Sugarloaf is happy to offer free shipping on every domestic orders over $50 with USPS standard service within the continental U.S.A
For all orders under $75 we offer a $6 flat rate with USPS standard rate.
All orders, domestic and international, are sent with a tracking number.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic domestic and international shipping can be delayed by factors beyond our control.

We do our best to process your orders as quickly as possible.

    • Orders placed the weekdays will be processed the next day and will typically ship within 1-3 business days, pending credit card verification.
    • Orders placed on non-business days or on U.S federal holidays will be processed the following business day, pending credit card verification.
    • Sugarloaf will cease to have any liability regarding the order delivery once it is in possession of the carrier. (USPS)
    • Once the order is scanned and indicated as delivered to the destination entered on the order, Sugarloaf passes the responsibility of the purchased items onto the recipient of the order.
    • Sugarloaf is not responsible for any lost, stolen packages and delays due to the carrier. 
    • Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

Please, be aware that international orders can be held at customs and Sugarloaf is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes. All international orders are final sale.

Store Credits-Returns-Exchanges

If you’re not delighted by your purchase we’re happy to accept your return for store credit or exchange.

Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned. 

How to proceed:
Please, send us an email explaining the reason why you want to return your purchase so we can proceed to your request.
The only thing that we ask is that the item must be 100% intact, which means:

  • unworn and unused
  • undamaged
  • unwashed
  • all the tags must be attached to the item. If a tag has been removed we won’t be able to accept your return.
  • the item must remain in its original packaging.
  • return are accepted within 7 days of the date your received your order.

All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Sugarloaf.
Returns made without our prior approval will not be accepted and honored.
Once we have approved your return you will receive an email with all the information on how proceed.
